When it’s time to bring technology into the fold, we are skilled at applying SAP’s leading human capital solutions in the service of the overall transformation strategy. This is why we have now openings in our SAP Service Line for SAP SuccessFactors (Junior) Consultants.

    As a SAP SuccessFactors functional consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

    • Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
    • Finding deep satisfaction by being responsible for final work product
    • Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

    Your Responsibilities

    • Analyze existing client processes and create optimized or enhanced solutions for SAP SuccessFactors;
    • Creative and analytical problem solving;
    • Customizing and business process optimization.
    • Excellent communication skills in international surroundings
    • Motivation to learn SuccessFactors and other new technologies

    Required background

    • Multiple years of work experience in the HR environment and excellent process knowledge
    • Basic knowledge in SAP; any additional skills such as Customizing / Debugging are an advantage
    • Experience of functional design;
    • Consulting background preferred;
    • Strong analytical mind;
    • Proactivity and accountability for actions
    • Strong communication skills at various business levels;
    • University degree;
    • Fluent English language skills
    • 2nd language skills - German preferred
    • Willingness to travel as required
