You have…

Fluent English – both spoken and written.
A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including >3 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
Great educational background, preferably in the field of technical project management.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Superb communication, analytical, planning and organisational skills honed in project delivery within technical roles.
Ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organisation and control.
A quick learner who can process lots of information and prioritise actions.

Plan and manage projects defining the scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organise and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports and plans; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
Use appropriate Agile verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Understand basic revenue models and P/L. Understands financial objectives by forecasting requirements, budget; scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Team Management to assist in team development while holding individuals accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members. Coordinate and ensure resource availability and allocation.
Support the Growth Hacker in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, analysing stats and management information and helping to implement an overall effective system of project governance.
Manage and improve a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile project management.
Support the project creating detailed specifications and requirements documents, adopting business analyst techniques.
Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team.Perform risk management to minimize project risks and implement any appropriate mitigating actions to ensure successful delivery.

SDP is the technology development centre of the business delivering not only the platforms that have powered millions of quotes for motorbike, van, car, caravan and motorhome insurance quotes but also all of the suite of management information tools and control systems that sit around those platforms. Based in Iasi, Romania and Liverpool, UK since 2006 the business has gone from strength to strength. In addition to supporting the ‘in house’ brands of vast:visibility’s sister company (ICE); The Bike Insurer and The Van Insurer, the company also provides platforms for major third-party brands such as Confused.com, Asda, Autotrader, Admiral, MCN, Mustard.co.uk and more.

In November 2016, the Group secured a strategic investment from fintech investor HgCapital. This investment will further enhance the business’ capability to deliver not only its core aggregation services but will also unlock an exciting suite of innovative digital solutions including data enrichment, analytics, fraud detection and advertising platforms to the wider market.

The business is currently 65 people strong (with c35 in Iasi, Romania) and is looking to extend its world class, commercially orientated team to fully unlock and extend both the capabilities of its market leading technology solutions and also the full potential of its ‘white label’ capabilities.
