    Ideal Candidate

    University degree is mandatory
    Minimum 6 months experience in a multinational environment/ medium-to-large size company
    Good English language
    Strong computer skills are a must (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
    Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner
    Ability to work independently, as well as to work well within and across teams
    Ability to follow-through until completion of tasks
    Excellent administrative skills, with particular emphasis on accuracy, priority setting and observing deadlinesCustomer-oriented attitude: commitment to answer requests and solve problems

    Job Description

    Prepares the letters, memos, correspondence and reports (requiring data gathering and summarizing), translation from/ into English/Romanian & using appropriate software designed for word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets
    Maintains the elation with the providers
    Ensures the communication of the instructions from the direct supervisor to the division members/ or organization and collects back the requested information; also follows up the fulfilment of the instructions
    Organizes and maintains the Site Manager’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters;
    Responsible for keeping and maintaining the hard copy archive and the electronic archive
    Provides support to the division members in following the workflows for document’s approval and reviews them for compliance before submitting these externally and/or internally
    Performs administrative tasks received from the Direct Supervisor, in a timely and accurate manner, including his agenda (preparing and maintaining)
    Handles efficiently/screens the phone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answers routine questions, furnishes information or refers the requests to the most appropriate staff, so to preserve an efficient agenda
    Organizes his business trips (transportation, accommodation etc.)
    Support for various reports
    Order supplies; keep inventory of office supplies for DTSE Romania Organizes events based on managers' requests and approved by the Managing Director
