Business Systems Analyst MES

- Bachelor / Master degree in IT field or related domain;
- Advanced English skills is a must;
- MSSQL server, TSQL;
- MS-Office suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Working with MS windows environments (Windows Server, etc);
- Excellent communication skills required;
- Proactive attitude; Working in project teams;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Social skills: working in international teams as well as independently;
- Time management abilities and capable to work with deadlines;
- Basic understanding of Project Management;
- Flexibility to travel internationally – up to 50%.
- Working experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an advantage;
- MS reporting services is an advantage;

- Assist as requested by Business Process team scoping exercises;
- Deploy standard solutions, work with Solutions Management and Business Process team to collect requirements for deployment engagement;
- Responsible for gathering functional requirements, gap analysis, functional specifications, SIM I, Train Key User team, User Acceptance Test Approval, Data -
Migration validation, Cut over planning, Go-Live, Handover to Site IT and Corporate -
Support: Project execution according AIM;
- Customer projects and improvement projects in the MES area (Manufacturing Execution Systems);
- Analyze business processes and retrieving information for improvements or creating IT specification for new software solutions / modifications of software solutions;
- Be the interface between local / regional and corporate teams and work closely together with several groups in the IT environment as well as business partners as part of the projects;
- Be part / leading implementations mainly in EMEA sites;
- Work as part of international project teams, leading small project initiatives;
- Participate in multi-functional teams specifically for more complex project requirements;
- Responsible for correct administration of information that comes in contact, in terms of confidentiality, by specific function.
