Customer Service Representative - German

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- University Degree;
- Good standard of ability of with Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent communication skills in English and German;
- Nice to have: at least 6 months experience in a Customer Service Environment;

- Order entry, shipping and invoicing;
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients;
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff;
- Weekly Report entity wise/ line of business;
- In the case of new customers, closely interface with logistics service providers to make sure all is in place to have smooth shipment;
- Reporting (end of month/OTTR);
- Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues using the database. ERP system, including complaint registration and follow-up in SF.com;
