    University degree
    Minim 3 year of relevant experience with proven record in corporate sales
    Good networking skills and proven ability to uphold B2B relations
    Strong motivation for working in a sales oriented environment
    Strong selling and closing skills in corporate environment, proven sales track record
    Strong planning and organizing abilities
    Entrepreneurial spirit
    Fluency in English
    MS Office proficiency
    Driving license.


    Responsible of direct sales to groups (SME/ Large accounts) within allocated region and/or towards allocated data base of clients;
    Identifies contact persons from the targeted companies, approaches the contact persons preferably through networking and develop a qualitative business relationship
    Identifies the clients’ needs related to personnel and especially employees benefits and group products
    Maximizes customer satisfaction & retention by upholding excellent relation with corporate clients
    Analyze local competition
    High level networking at regional area, actively and regular participation at corporate events, business forums and clubs, etc.
    Supervise claims handling in relation with own client portfolio.
