Your Mission :
Within the team of work's control, ensuring the support of the users of the referential of architecture Groups on the requests of the first and second level.
Your Role in a Nutshell :
- Answering the users’ standard requests;
- Consider the minor incidents and propose workaround solutions;
- Making the ME recurring procedures’ to maintain in operational condition the solution;
- Participating in the supply of the tools of follow-up and reporting around the activity of user support of the solution ;
- Participating in the supply of the team support’s knowledge base;
- Making the corrective maintenance of the proposed computing solutions by the center of service: MEGA Hopex (“KEA’R”), modeling tools of company’s architecture and referential of architecture Group, and the associated solutions (intranet of data’s restoration and extraction, in particular).
A little about you :
- Computer science’s or engineer’s degre ;
- Fluent French written and spoken. Good English is an advantage;
- Experience with MEGA too ;
