Regional Manager

For a multinational company from financial area, we are looking for Regional Sales Manager who can achieve good results along with the team.


Requirements:

Graduate diploma, management or economics;
Middle/Top Management experience of over 2 years on similar position;
Previous experience in financial industry: banking, non-financial institutions, insurance;
Excellent people and management skills;
Good organizing abilities;
Ability to motivate and inspire your team to reach your goals;
Problem-solver and analytical thinker;
English language knowledge;
Driver’s licence B categ.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales and business development in the region;
Coordinate the activity of team’s structure, with up to 10 direct reports and over one hundred employees over all in region;
Managing and developing the existing human capital, as well as hiring new people on the vacancies;
Follows the target reach for every indicator of the business’ performance;
Has a pro-active communication with Top Management, generates ideas, finds solutions;
Responsible for the strategic objectives of the Company and the efficiency of the assigned region;
Planning activities, ensuring the achievement of key indicators of performance of the region;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Responsible for presenting the draft budget for assigned group of regions.
