3-5 years of proven successful experience in implementing marketing strategies;
Excellent communication and writing skills;
Good understanding of key web metrics and social media performance metrics;
Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and meet the deadlines;
A natural interest in social media, digital technologies and trends;
Proven experience as a Digital or Social Media Specialist (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other global social networks);
Experience in designing and implementing employer branding social media campaigns;
Experience with visual communication principles;
Familiarity with web design and content management systems;
Experience with Google Analytics or other web monitoring platforms;
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines;
Fluent English, with excellent communication and writing skills;
Proven track record in the IT&C industry
Solid marketing & communication knowledge
Assist the Marketing Manager in planning short and long-term business strategy and objectives;
Participate at the implementation of the marketing strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets;
Provide insights in all areas of marketing;
Understand the different communication disciplines in the company and facilitate cross-corridor communication integration;
Work integrally with other departments to develop effective strategies, briefings and work;
Conduct market research to find answers about customer requirements and trends;
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.);
Liaise with external vendors to execute events and campaigns;
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts;
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, blogs etc.);
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies;
Design content marketing strategy in accordance with company’s global marketing strategy;
Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets;
Collaborate with web and graphic design to produce high quality content on a regular basis;
Serve as primary content developer for company’s website and social media sites including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube;
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics;
Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence;
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement;
Analyze web and social media analytics daily, weekly and monthly, making specific recommendations on how to improve online activity;
Execute the internal and external employer brand marketing strategy to ensure that SII Romania has a highly-recognized employer brand in Romania;
Drive employer brand presence and engagement across Digital and Social Media channels;
Establish strong relationships with key Universities/Faculties and Student Associations;
Deliver a wide portfolio of online/offline advertising; direct marketing; PR and events;
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned;
Understand and apply the processes, rules and standards of the company;
Be a proactive person used to work independently and based on targets.
