Senior Technical Trainer

In Bucharest, Temenos has more than 265 staff members and it’s expanding its operations in Research and Development, Client Services, Software as a Services (SaaS), Sales and Marketing, SSC Finance, IT Infrastructure, Security and HR.
Educational & Proficiency level: BA, BS degree preferred;
Clear communicator (written and verbal);
Technical trainers: professional accreditation;
Bilingual in English and another European Language Preferred;
Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines;
Self-motivated with solid organizational, time management and administrative skills;
Experience with Microsoft office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Visio, Outlook) and experience using learning development technologies;
Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer, preferably within the banking industry;
Knowledge and experience in banking and financial industry;
Excellent presentation skills;
Will be required to travel 50-75%.
Delivers and implements training for clients and partners on T24 technical requirements;
Collaborates both face-to-face and virtually to ensure business objectives are met through effective learning solutions;
Conducts training using developed materials;
Partners with other teams to develop material;
Mentors new trainers;
Works with management to drive new procedures and ideas;
Applies expertise in T24 and Temenos requirements;
Serves as a professional business partner to our internal clients;
Effectively communicates course content to participants;
Meets with the business leaders within banks and other financial institutions to determine training needs and desired end result;
Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis project management course development and evaluation skills;
Meets with subject matter experts to define course content and later complete content review;
Other tasks as assigned.
