    -Proven track record and relevant experience of closely related work with management level within organisation;
    -Experience of coordinating internal communications across a multi-site/multi-functional operation;
    -Understanding of internal communication tools and techniques and when best to deploy them to gain optimum engagement;
    -Strong relationship builder, critical thinking and ability to influence at country leadership team level.


    Overview: This role is responsible for preparation and completion of Corporate Affairs Plan and Strategy, including Government Relations, Corporate Responsibility, PR and Employment Relations for Molson Coors GBS.

    -Define, implement and evaluate employee communications strategy and plans through to execution.
    -Will be responsible of:
    -70% Internal Communication (to local GBS employees and in Molson Coors Global in order to increase the awareness on GBS projects, changes, achievements and plans)
    -20% external communication (PR, Employee Branding)
    -10 % Corporate Regulatory (Government & Press Relations)
    -Daily press office service – answering media’s requests / questions, supervising interviews;
    -Anticipates, analyses and identifies tools to influence public opinion
    -Identifies tools to increase the good standing of the company in society, safeguards and promotes company image and reputation;
    -Crisis (Communication) Management
