Hundreds of millions of people in local markets around the world generate more than 1.7 billion monthly visits, 35 billion monthly page views and 54 million listings every month on our client's online marketplaces.

    You have min. 3 years of experience in Romania in consulting or managing projects in the new
    You have a strong knowledge of the online and/or technology industry
    You are passionate about the Real Estate market
    You are hands on and can inspire others to action
    You have strong commercial acumen
    You have strong stakeholder management skills to maximize engagement
    You are focused on strategic growth and industry trends


    Main responsibilities:
    Take full responsibility for the growth of Real Estate business in our portfolio
    Define strategy for the category positioning, product development and monetization
    Own the budget planning and forecasting
    Drive process of alignment between local business priorities and central product teams roadmaps
    Set the stage for the delivery of the commercial performance metrics
    Develop and maintain strategic partners and customer relationships
    Manage and influence change and improvements in the cross functional team performance (Sales, CS, Product, BI, Marketing)
