    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    • Fluent in English and German;
    • College degree required (business, contract management, law or engineering preferred);
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and strong Email communication skills;
    • Minimum 5 years experience in the contract management/procurement/legal/finance field;
    • Displays a working knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures;
    • Demonstrates a developing understanding of the key commercial levers and identifies opportunities to apply them in a day-to-day context;
    • Demonstrates a basic working knowledge of the key elements of the deal finances;
    • Capable of working independently on smaller engagements or as part of a team on a large deal
    • Demonstrates strong team working ability;
    • Ability to clearly communicate status / escalations within deal and to CM supervisor;
    • Demonstrates strong written and oral communications skills;
    • Demonstrates credibility and ability to utilise established relationships; may interface with client procurement personnel;
    • Displays a reasonable grasp of negotiation skills;
    • Output driven; looks for opportunities to add value and to develop expertise;
    • Role model for junior CMs and peer group. Positive outlook, positive behaviours as assessed by line manager;
    • Ability to apply good business judgement; exhibits a developed working knowledge of CM function outside of allocated responsibilities;
    • Developed organisational skills; able to set priorities and effectively manage multiple demands
    • Successfully demonstrates ability to resolve contract and pricing issues;
    • Self-Awareness - listens to and accepts feedback - sees feedback as a positive opportunity for improvement and quickly implements improvement activity;
    • Proven ability to influence and get agenda considered by project team. Subject matter expert on contract and on CM function;

    • Knowledge of corporate business practice, contracting regulations & principles, subcontracting practices and finance/accounting principles;
    • Demonstrates understanding of the key elements of the deal finances - ODE, EAC, DSO, revenue recognition rules etc;
    • Demonstrates & applies good analytical & mathematical skills to resolve medium complexity contract & pricing issues;
    • Detail-oriented, organized and flexible;
    • Able to demonstrate strong organizational skills;
    • Demonstrate sufficient experience with day-to-day management of complex projects.

    Responsabilitati

    • Identifies contract management issues and proposes solutions for approval;
    • Independently works at smaller engagements or works within team at a large, complex engagement; may work within a service center administrative function;
    • Independently applies the contract management tools and techniques to assigned projects;
    • Supports training activities for Contract Management personnel;
    • Provides support to negotiations as may be required and participates in negotiation preparation and taking accurate minutes of negotiations;
    • Undertake contract drafting to a reasonable standard with limited CM supervisor input (to be confirmed by CM supervisor and Transaction/Complex Contracting as appropriate);
    • Analyses and interprets the contract in relation to requests for advice and make recommendations for CM supervisor approval; opinion sought by operational team or CM supervisor;
    • Provide quality and timely advice as verified by CM supervisor;
    • Maintain contract / subcontract compliance in line with the company’s policies and procedures and work with team to resolve issues and escalate to CM supervisor where appropriate;
    • Correctly and effectively apply CM processes, tools and techniques;
    • Generate reports required to monitor contract compliance (to the quality, format and timescales agreed with CM supervisor);
    • Actively identify risks and issues without prompting and present well considered solutions to CM supervisor;
    • Responsible for ensuring that where Contract Management is deployed, contract compliance is maintained and issues resolved. If the contract is not complied with or issues are not resolved they must be promptly escalated to their Contract Management line manager;
    • Where required, effectively supervise Level 10/11 personnel;
    • Actively participate in local/regional CM activities and support training activities for CM personnel.
