    We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager for our young Collection Team!
    Requirements:
    − Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection;
    − Experience in coordinating teams ( proven ability to lead a team and work as part of it);
    − Strong communication and negotiation skills;
    − Strong interpersonal skills;
    − Ability to multi-task, handling and prioritizing numerous projects at the same time;
    − Being able to deliver excellent results even under tight deadlines;
    − Organized and high attention to details;
    − Results oriented;
    − Flexibility in work schedule;
    − University degree
    − Very good command of English;
    − Excellent computer skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities of the job:
    − Design together with the Operations Manager the collection strategy, plan, procedures and flows;
    − Coordinate the department staffing to guarantee high level of collection productivity;
    − Translate the companys goals & objectives into manageable tasks for the team and ensure full understanding among team members;
    − Responsible for coaching and supporting team members following regular coaching plan;
    − Ensure that collection agents follow internal procedures;
    − Monitor on a daily basis the staff performance, ensure direct reports achieve their individual objectives and perform to established standards;
    − Participate in the selection and orientation program of new hires;
    − Maintain process maps and journal of changes in collection strategy up-to-date
    − Support operations manager in building and optimizing incentives system;
    − Evaluate direct reports and give regular feedback;
    − Build team loyalty and commitment;
    − Provide performance reports on regular basis;
    − Achieve allocated monthly and annually target.
