    - Engineering degree (mechanical or machine manufacturing could be an advantage)
    - Previous relevant experience within mechanical engineering or program planning departments (preferably in an automotive environment)
    - Min. 3 years` experience in leading roles/team management
    - Thorough knowledge of Catia V5/V6/Creo Parametric
    - Working knowledge and application of Worldwide Engineering Release System (WERS)
    - Good working knowledge of product creation & delivery, Change Control, Product Definition and Change Management processes
    - Ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a Project Team environment
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    - Ability to deliver with minimum supervision
    - Proactive, “product-oriented and self-starter


    - Coordinates a team of engineers in the Mechanical Design Department
    - Responsible of definition, implementation and monitoring of internal KPIs
    - Works closely with quality department in order to detect, improve and monitor all non-conformities
    - Ensure that all standards requested by the client are met through-out design maturation
    - Assures support during the recruitment process to all parties involved ( recruitment department, department manager, project leader)
    - Responsible of monitoring and reporting the workload distribution
    - Acts as a contact point for internal client by preparing and leading the meetings
    - Responsible of developing working procedures, processes and different training schedules for improving team competences
