    Cerinte

    - University Degree (architecture would be a plus);
    - Experience in key account management;
    - Creativity and flexibility;
    - Planning skills;
    - Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly
    - Very good technical understanding/sense;
    - Excellent presentation skills;
    - Strong interpersonal skills;
    - Able to work independently, with minimum of supervision;
    - Able to influence and persuade others;
    - Fluent in English;
    - Knowledge of standard MS Office;
    - Driving license;
    - Willing to travel local and abroad.

    Responsabilitati

    - Identifies and monitors architectural/construction projects within the area of responsibility and promote solutions ;
    - To build strong relationships with influencers in the wider architectural market to proactively identify upcoming project opportunities across all sectors - including architects, façade consultants, façade builders and glass processors;
    - Create pull sales through a consultative approach with customers in order to determine their needs and the most appropriate solution;
    - To provide technical support to the client customer;
    - To provide technical assistance to the sales and marketing team to respond to customer enquiries and develop supporting documentation;
    - Investigates and analyses new opportunities; assesses their potential for success and propose solutions to address it;
    - Prepares and realize Presentations based on sales opportunities analysis;
    - Keeps himself/herself updated on current market environment and evolutions of key business drivers.
