    Requirements

    • A self-driven motivation and a positive attitude
    • A conscientious way of working aiming for high quality
    • Great communication skills in Romanian and English
    • A high customer and team orientation
    • Productive and digital working habits and skills in various systems (MS Office, Intranet, Social Media, HR systems etc.)
    • A university degree and the Certificate Human Resourses Specialist
    • 3 years of job experience in HR (administration, payroll, services)
    • Good knowledge and understanding of the Romanian labor law including basics in social security and taxation

    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible
    • for ensuring smooth and high quality personnel administration and internal data and reporting management
    • for the overall payroll-process and manage the interface to our external provider
    • of the coordination of employment contracts, contract modifications and terminations
    • for advising our colleagues and managers in payroll- and time and attendance-related matters
    • for ensuring high quality and efficiency in our processes and a continous improvement
