    Cerinte

    University degree;
    2 to 3 years experience in a similar role;
    Communication, negotiation, conflict management skills;
    Planning and organizing, critical thinking and problem solving, decision – making;
    Integrity and confidentiality;
    Advanced English knowledge (mandatory);
    Very good knowledge of the MS Office package;

    Responsabilitati

    Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
    Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
    Anticipating business and personal issues and needs of the manager, taking accountability for filtering, prioritizing and escalating key issues which impact how the manager operates;
    Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
    Maintaining calendars and appointments, coordinating and arranging internal and external meetings, receives guests and makes travelling arrangements for the manager;
    Coordinating and preparing the events and workshops the manager is attending;
    Offering guideline support for the department with regards to administrative inquiries or problems;
    Attending and preparing business meetings, may be managing projects;
    Interacting across the leadership team and with other departments;
    Preparing customized analysis and reports requested.
