Maintenance Engineer (m/f) - Bosch Blaj Plant

- Analyzes the complex machines malfunctions, namely machines with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components with the application of system diagnostics;
- Saves intelligent components programs from existing installations and machines, structure them and periodically update them in the factory database;
- Analyzes the breakdowns, elimination of causes and proposal of solutions for the elimination of breakdowns. E.g.: promoting these proposals in case of new structures and constructions;
- Coordinates the team of electricians/mechanics for the complex repairs of industrial machinery;
- Implements intelligent measurement and control solutions;
- Provides corrective and preventive maintenance of the machines/equipment from the production lines;
- Makes the spare parts list based on the production lines manufacturer’s recommendations and the analysis of the historical breakdowns;
- Explores and looks for ways to solve the needs of production departments;
- Proposes efficient solutions for resolving the existing problems;
- Continuously looks for means/ideas to improve the production line in order to minimize the technical downtime/problems.
