    Cerinte

    • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience
    • Good French and English skills both written and verbal
    • Excel proficiency
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills

    Responsabilitati

    • Activate, collect and archive the customer’s bill, from supplier’s websites as well as directly from email, faxes, mails
    • Input regularly in the Metrics application the bill information required by the process ensuring the right level of precision in this activity and within agreed timescales
    • Validate the bills following the internal procedures
    • Resolve queries on the bill when required depending on the Service Level Agreement of the customers
    • Regular reporting
    • Verify and update on a regular basis the availability of bills and the customer bill based on the internal customer priority list;
    • Communicate effectively and efficiently with the service delivery team
    • Interact with other departments in order to ensure the correct stream of the information
    • Assist the Bureau Services Manager with specific projects, service improvement initiatives and other duties as required
