Set up and manage HR action plans to improve HR practices : suggest action to improve people management, working conditions, and after validation, pilot there implementation.
Monitor and/or supervise the full recruitment process. The objective, for both HRM and the Manager, is to recruit the right person in the right place at the right time.
Organization and follow-up the induction process for new comers.
Define annually the training plan with the top management (external and internal training), implement and follow up of the plan. The training plan shall be included in the Budget process.
Ensure HR administrative role: payroll, time management, working contract, taxes, bonus management.
Ensure optimize efficiency and the satisfaction of internal employees.
Take part in the company's remuneration policy and ensure the right implementation
Assist the top management in disciplinary procedures.
Manage the relationship with the employee’s representatives committees, negotiate with the trade union, with the support of the Plant Director when necessary.
Support HR Development: manage training aspects; recruitment; induction; support the implementation of group policies; support managers and Encourage and communicate to the managers the HR good practices.
Prepare the Group Monthly HR Reports
Follow-up action plans
Provide advisory role for the operational services (monitoring, mediation, information)
Participate in the Group internal communication team: collective works, implement policies, internal newsletter.
