    Cerinte

    University Degree (preferred: Economy)
    Strong analytical skills, with good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information.
    MS Office skills, focus on MS Excel (advanced user)
    Good communication skills, fluent English, ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely
    Experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy

    Responsabilitati

    Owerview:
    Supports the European Rewards team in execution against overall MCBC Rewards strategy.

    Responsibilities:
    Provides support to key reward initiatives and programs: compensation, benefits, mobility, expat support, recognition programs and related processes
    Provides quantitative analysis and reports, and coordinates data gathering within Europe
    Assists with planning and development of new and revised compensation programs, policies, procedures in order to be responsive to company's goals and competitive practices
    Assists on Rewards projects
    Coordinate labour market survey and studies delivery on European level, assess survey needs, suitability and availability
    Ensure consistency in job evaluation and market pricing of all European jobs considering the global alignment through timely audits
