Essential Requirements:

- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Detail oriented, with ability to improve processes
- Solid analytical skills, strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to work independently and create own timelines, goals, and deliverables
- Able to quickly translate broader business objectives into defined tasks with some direction
- Available to work on an US Hours schedule (16:00-1:00)

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to Dell Financial Services' Consumer, Small and Medium Business (CSMB) marketing team in the North Americas. The role, in more detail, involves:

- Conduct weekly online site content audits to ensure 100% compliance with regulations and ensure content is created with no errors
- Ensures quality in multiple areas of marketing, focusing on marketing content in Online channels
- Conduct production audits when promotions are launched and new content is added online
- Conduct quarterly online site content audits for portions of dell.com that are not regularly audited in the weekly scrubs
- Assist with weekly Electronics and Accessories Stock Keeping unit maintenance, additions, audits, updates, according to requirements
- Continuously improve Marketing processes focusing on quality and efficiency and support and lend subject matter expertise to ongoing projects
