    Cerinte

    Administrative background – either accounting, operations, logistics or human resources,
    Higher education degree in economics, business administration or technical,
    At least 3 years in a team-management or supervisory role,
    Experience in the industrial/production/construction field is considered a great plus,
    Entrepreneurial spirit (initiative, autonomy, within limits of competence and business rules set-up by HQ),
    Trustworthy and integrity,
    Excellent organization and planning skills.

    Responsabilitati

    The Admin and HR lead is expected to help build and reach stable local operations within the first year, taking full ownership of all support processes – admin, facility management, legal personnel, logistics, QHSE,
    Create support services and activities budget,
    Organize logistics of office and general supplies,
    Select and manage services suppliers such as quality management, IT, facility services providers, sanitation, energy,
    Ensure full compliancy and conformity with Romanian legislation and regulations – environment, health & safety, municipality,
    Be in charge with office and production facility operational standards, ensure business continuity,
    Coordinate the support team,
    Create/translate internal procedures and policies documentation, adapt group policies,
    Supervize relation with service providers – accounting,
    Supervize time keeping, labor and employment issues. Provide staffing support as needed.
