    Type of collaboration: 4 h/day Monday to Friday (flexible schedule), 6 months contract.

    University student/Fresh graduate.
    Computer skills - especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
    At least medium English language knowledge.
    Very good planning and organizing skills.
    Energetic, positive and curious.
    Good communication skills.


    Assist trainers with organizing training activities.
    Performs training back-office tasks: archiving documents, printing materials, internal certificates.
    Manages simple vendor management tasks: keeping the relationship with finance for vendor invoices, following a simple flow of documents internally and with the external providers, etc.
    Offers support to trainers to keep the entire training documentation up to date.
    Ad hoc training related requests.
