Software Business Analyst

The Software Development Competence Centre, established in 2010, is the internal software service provider in Medicover specialized in capturing and translating the business requirements into information systems and develop the software applications across businesses in the Healthcare Services and Diagnostic Services.

For this role you need to have:

- Proficiency in computers skills (e.g. Office, Visio, other modeling tools);

- Knowledge of UI terminology related to web based and desktop applications;

- Basic SQL programming and database design skills would be considered an advantage;

- Experience working using agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) would be an advantage;

- Relevant university degree in IT or in related domain;

- Relevant experience in similar position, an advantage;

- Excellent level in English language – both spoken and written;

- Ability to work both independently and as a team member;

- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure and complying with strict deadlines;

- Pro-active behavior, good organization and time management skills;

- Provide a trusted partnership and commitment to the company values, in order to deliver a high quality of services to our customers.

In this role you will:

- Analyze the business and do the business process modeling;

- Collect and organize the business requirements. Write the functional specification, software requirements specification and related documents;

- Establish and reviews the business testing scenarios and procedures;

- Review and finalize the business documentation of the proposed solution;

- Supervises the implementation of functional specification;

- Certain amount of traveling abroad might be required (e.g. one week at every three months);

-Acts as mediation point between development team and customer team with regards to clarifying the specification/requirements;

-Reports progress to Team Lead and/or Project Manager.
