    Requirements

    Economic degree (preferable in Finance)
    2-3 years of experience in financial audit (preferable for banks or other financial services companies)
    IFRS expertise appropriate to the level of experience mentioned above
    Very good knowledge of Excel (and Access) to extract and process large amounts of data from various sources
    English language (advanced level)
    Very good analytical skills and able to make connections among various parts of the accounting systems architecture
    Result oriented, can do and pro-active attitude
    Act with integrity
    Excellent communications skills and team oriented
    Willing to work in a challenging environment, to learn fast and to challenge the “status-qou”; permanently looking for improvement solutions

    Responsibilities

    Ensure timely and accurate preparation of the financial periodical (or ad-hoc reports ) in accordance with Group Finance reporting instructions (IFRS principles)
    Ensure timely and accurate analytical reviews of the financial reports; identify and explain the variance
    Ensure a good understanding of the Bank’s products, accounting policies, general ledger architecture in order to ensure an adequate level of efficiency for the reporting stream and an accurate content of the reports
    Ensure a continuous update on IFRS changes and identify the implications for financial reporting activities
