The main duties and responsibilities related to the Front Desk Officer position are as follows:
Collection of external correspondence and issuance of internal correspondence;
Filing correspondence and/or other documents according to the internal procedures;
Distribution of the correspondence among the staff members;
Receiving and transmitting telephone calls;
Planning and booking the meeting rooms internal and external meetings;
Ensuring that each meeting room has enough promotion materials (e.g. brochures) and is clean for the following meetings;
Receiving and sending faxes;
Offers support to the other depatments.
