    The main duties and responsibilities related to the Front Desk Officer position are as follows:

     Collection of external correspondence and issuance of internal correspondence;
     Filing correspondence and/or other documents according to the internal procedures;
     Distribution of the correspondence among the staff members;
     Receiving and transmitting telephone calls;
     Planning and booking the meeting rooms internal and external meetings;
     Ensuring that each meeting room has enough promotion materials (e.g. brochures) and is clean for the following meetings;
     Receiving and sending faxes;
     Meeting/welcoming visitors;
    Offers support to the other depatments.
