    Ideal candidate:

    • Good fluency of English(written&spoken);
    • Passionate about technology and gadgets;
    • Strong customer skills;
    • Analytical, motivated to learn and hardworking;
    • Available to work business hours in shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday;
    • Basic technical support experience is considered advantage.
    Main responsibilities:
    • Use existing resolution processes and your trained problem solving skills for the initial diagnostics of the technical incidents, via phone or email;
    • Use provided knowledge and training to work in resolving as many incidents as possible on initial contact;
    • Prove attention to details in recording and classifying all users' technical issues, so that any of your colleagues can help you whenever needed;
    • Escalate and timely hand over to other resolving teams the technical issues where no knowledge or solution was initially found;
    • Be part of the team and help your colleagues meet the service performers indicators;
    • Help your customers have a great experience when they are interacting with you;
