Service Desk Analyst with English - Bacau
- Good fluency of English(written&spoken);
- Passionate about technology and gadgets;
- Strong customer skills;
- Analytical, motivated to learn and hardworking;
- Available to work business hours in shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday;
- Basic technical support experience is considered advantage.
- Use existing resolution processes and your trained problem solving skills for the initial diagnostics of the technical incidents, via phone or email;
- Use provided knowledge and training to work in resolving as many incidents as possible on initial contact;
- Prove attention to details in recording and classifying all users' technical issues, so that any of your colleagues can help you whenever needed;
- Escalate and timely hand over to other resolving teams the technical issues where no knowledge or solution was initially found;
- Be part of the team and help your colleagues meet the service performers indicators;
- Help your customers have a great experience when they are interacting with you;
