Completed technical studies (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and additional knowledge in Business Administration)
Several years of professional experience in similar position
Knowledge in common management tools in a production environment (quality, production, admin)
Fluent in English (verbal and written), German language skills very welcome

Build up regional production based on transfers from Germany
Hiring of regional management and staff
Implementation of the company processes
Introduction of the company production system Management of a cost center production
Disciplinary supervisor of all local company functions/employees (Production, Quality, Tool Production, Local HR administration, Local business administration, Security)
Operating the site in-line with the company objectives and business plan
Management of the production in-line with the production plans
Preparation and support of all respective plans (e.g. resources, budget)
Management of all activities with local authorities (e.g. permits, legal task, environmental regulations and tax)
Local customer management
Budget control
Achievement of production plans
Successful ramp of the site
Establishment of all regional company regulations
Supervision of all environmental regulations
