    Cerinte

    Experienta de minim 6 luni intr-un post similar;
    Minim studii medii;
    Nivel minim de cunoastere a pachetului office;
    Limbaj tehnic;
    bune cunostinte tehnice hardware si software;
    Cunostinte minime de operare PC: Office Word, Excel;
    Limba engleza nivel mediu.

    Responsabilitati

    Verifica si testeaza produsele achizitionate de clienti, utilizand instrumentele din dotarea bancului de probe si conform instructiunilor de lucru in vigoare;
    Completeaza certificatul de garantie pentru fiecare produs testat;
    Ofera informatii clientilor cu privire la serviciile de garantie si post garantie oferite de catre firma/furnizori/producatori;
    Ofera clientului al cariu produs il testeaza informatii de natura tehnica;
    Identifica produsele defecte (DOA) si anunta personalul responsabil cu solutionarea problemei.
