-work closely with the training department to ensure marketing plans are translated into retails activation and training plans
-manage budgets, including: sales forecasts and monitoring by product line, P&L analysis for strategic launches and promotions, full responsibility for A&P budgets
-elaborate and follow-up of forecasts for supply chain
-work closely with the corporate marketing team to anticipate and adapt the marketing plans
-maintain appropriate staffing structure with the Marketing Department, manage, motivate and develop the members of the team to achieve individual business objectives
