    Requirements

    -PHP (no frameworks) experience
    - Javascript / jQuery
    -Oracle SQL , PL/SQL
    -HTML
    - CSS
    Optional:
    -Smarty (or another templating engine)
    -SVN
    -Basic Linux skills / shell scripting
    - Financial systems knowledge (mostly capital investments platforms) is a plus.
