    Cerinte

    • 5+ years’ experience working in marketing and have a good knowledge of multi-channel marketing
    • Strong digital experience is a MUST
    • Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, Google Analytics reportings, Social Media, Affiliate management, Media campaigns
    • Strong collaborator with proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool;
    • Strong eye for design and ability to develop engaging content.
    • Experience in creating, managing and measuring campaigns and tactics to meet performance objectives, identify trends and provide insights.
    • Excellent working knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables etc.
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

    Is a plus to have:
    • Experience in fintech or consumer finance;
    • Experience as an entrepreneur or in a start up environment.

    Responsabilitati

    • Develop Romanian marketing plan for both acquisition and retention across multiple channels.
    • Execute marketing initiatives including local and group campaigns and tactics
    • Design and develop content to support marketing activities across a variety of channels, including: digital, social, website, paid advertising, SEO, Marketing Automation, content marketing, PR, events, and e-mail.
    • Identify and engage key partners to develop new, meaningful and profitable partnerships.
    • Maintain ROI focus by developing, managing and tracking ROI metrics.
    • Understanding of best practice and latest trends in digital marketing and UI/UX best practice
    • Ensure all marketing material produced meets regulatory requirements and brand standards.
    • Strong knowledge of Google Analytic Tools, to identify gaps to define and execute improvements.
    • Participate marketing budget planning to meet agreed but challenging sales KPIs.
