    1. Identifica si abordeaza noi clienti si dezvolta business-ului in zona alocata
    2. Mentine legatura cu clientii existenti
    3. Instruieste echipa din locatii (barmani) cu privire la produsul companiei si modalitatea de preparare a cafelei
    4. Supervizeaza echipa distribuitorilor alocati si dezvolta relatia cu acestia
    5. Raporteaza periodic rezultatele obtinute pe zona alocata cu privire la: situatia vanzarilor, a instalarilor, a miscarilor de aparate, precum si volumul estimat al vanzarilor pentru perioada urmatoare.

    Responsabilitati

    Essential functions:

    • Serve as a key member of sales management team who contributes to strategic direction of customer relationship with HORECA customers.
    • Develop, plan and implement strategic selling plans, qualify customer targets, achieve sales objectives including volume, profit and expense.
    • Lead the efforts to become a critical supplier for new products, new uses for current products, i.e. expand our position and value to assigned customers. Partner with R&D, marketing and the sales team in the identification and delivery of new product ideas and collaborate on trends, innovative products, concepts, and product uses.
    • Conduct business reviews with accounts and develop opportunities to penetrate account.
    • Other duties as assigned by management.
