Personnel Outsourcing, companie de recrutare si leasing de personal, de 10 ani pe piata din Romania cu doua branch-uri la nivel national ( Bucuresti / Brasov), suntem o companie intr-o constanta dezvoltare in domeniul resurselor umane integrate.

• University degree;
• At least two years previous experience in a similar position, preferable in a large organization
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Efficient, initiative and very diplomatic
• Good English and computer literate (Excel; Power Point)
• A natural solution-provider, managing his/her workload in an efficient and structured manner

• Receive and screen telephone calls, letters and/or visitors for the Chief Executive Officer
• Set up meetings/appointments; prepare the agenda and the travel details (airplane tickets, agenda, etc.) for the CEO
• Prepares the Management Team Meetings and keep meeting minutes
• Ensures good communication between departments members and the CEO
• Follow up on the meeting action plan & keep the dead-line
• Communicates with third parties and other departments in the limits specified by the CEO
• Prepares special reports, presentations, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data
