    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    - Business / Economics graduate
    - Ideally an Accounts Payable processing experience in an international environment
    - Excellent planning and organizational skills
    - Team player with strong interpersonal skills
    - Basic knowledge in SAP / EXCEL
    - Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
    - Fluency in English, German / French

    Responsibilities

    - Provides book - keeping in SAP module MM and MBI (ERP software)
    - Provides book - keeping from other external systems
    - Ability to follow a procedure according accounting rules and the company's processes
    - Processes the Invoice Queue to ensure prompt booking and payment of all invoices
    - Audit Travel and expenses reports for employees
    - Ability to analyze and resolve suppliers or internal employees problem or request
    - Provides excellent customer service to vendors and internal employees by managing phone and email inquiries
    - Assists AP team on the continuous process improvement
    - Fulfills AP dashboards and give all explanations needed
    - Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulations
    - Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
    - Work according to the company's core values
