Field Engineer

Requirements:

• Working experience in telecom;
• Experience in installation and dismantling of sites;
• Good command of English language, German is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of telecommunications systems, transmission and switching technology through broad professional experience;

• Flexibility, analytical mindset, good communication skills are required;
• Ability (preferred attested): Climbing and working on height;
• Able to work independently and efficiently;
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized;
• Driver license required;
• Available to work 24 hours( on-call service);
• Willingness to travel abroad 50 %;


Responsibility:

• Execution of Field Engineering tasks in relation with maintenance of network elements in the BSS area of the GSM network and in UTRAN area of the UMTS network;
• Maintenance of transmission equipment;
• Implementation of routings and network upgrades;
• Document and record the activities;
• Provide services fully compliant with the Working Level Agreements (WLA);
• Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
