Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Computer Science or related technical/communications field
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Technical Writer
Understands concepts and develops in-depth working knowledge of products, applications and systems in assigned are of responsibility.
Exceptional writing skill
Familiarity with one of the enterprise IT domains (systems, virtualization, networking, storage, databases etc.)
Ability to work on multiple projects
Excellent spoken and written communication in English

Write software documentation in a way that’s easy to read and understand
Design and develop guides, tutorials and Help systems for end users, system administrators, support engineers and product developers
Interact with software engineers to understand the products we are developing
Test HPE products to create documentation and provide feedback on product usability and accessibility
Create and maintain HPE information architecture
Familiarity with different operating systems
Experience in documentation Enterprise Software – Example: Systems/networking domain
Able to work to create simple documentation from complex technical information
Willingness to work with Global cross functional teams.
