For our client an FMCG multinational company - cosmetics industry, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist who is eager to evolve professionally along with the company in a multicultural environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field;
3-4 years of relevant experience;
Continuous Improvement mind-set;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Strong customer orientation;
Enthusiastic person who can work independently;
Analytic skills and communicative.

Ensure continuous and all kind of Payroll transactions according to business changes and upgrades;
Workday processes and approvals owner;
Expats Management (accurate records and taxation);
Ensure Company compliance with state laws, including reporting requirements;
Advise managers & employees on state employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs;
Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records;
Prepare reports, org charts, career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information;
Administer all financial benefits – employee insurance, pension and savings plans, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers;
Administer well being programs.
