    APT is recruiting for its client, a leading organization representing the business services sector, gathering high profile companies which conduct business in the area of Shared Services Center (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Research and Development (R&D).

    Your role will be to coordinate different activities within the company and to ensure their correct development.

    Requirements:

    - 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
    - Advanced both spoken and written English;
    - Stakeholder Management;
    - Project and Quality Management;
    - Proactivity and results driven;
    - Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    - Previous experience in non-profit organizations is a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Coordinates end to end activities for the Annual conference: design the conference concept covering topics like agenda, speakers, location, networking activities, events, branding, promotion materials and channels);
    - Coordinates the members of the association, in providing materials and information and identifies, approaches and negotiates with potential sponsors of the conference;
    - Coordinates all social events with the members and partners like: Business Mixer events, Managing Director Networking, General Assembly, Employee events, Customer Social Responsibility projects, etc.;
    - Coordinates the collection of information for the business services industry through different questionnaires;
    - Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving operational problems and identifying work process improvements;
    - Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.
