    Requirements

    At least 3 years of operational experience in call center/customer service or shared service center processes (experience in claims processes will be considered an advantage), of which at least 1 year in a similar team leading role
    Excellent hands-on approach
    Outstanding analytical skills
    Ability to lead and mentor a team of up to 15 team members
    High flexibility and ability to work with minimal supervision
    Good English language skills, German language considered an advantage
    Very high customer service orientation

    Responsibilities

    Leading and developing a team of Shared Service Associates
    Achieving required service levels and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
    Potentially being a key member of the respective transition team to relocate Overheads activities to Bucharest
