Education, Skills and Scope:
- Secretarial /office admin experience at least 1 year
- Fluent in English and Romanian
- Excellent organisational skills
- Diplomacy and tact
- Customer-oriented
- Time management

Role Specific Responsibilities
- Answer calls, take messages, or welcome people with an open smile
- Collect or prepare mail or courier deliveries
- Manage appointments, book meeting rooms etc.
- Monitor supplies
- Liaise with staff in other departments; with external contacts and suppliers
- Perform other related duties as required
