Senior Java Developer

Levi9 is a Dutch IT Services company with currently over 850 highly educated and skilled IT professionals in Eastern and Central Europe. Our teams work remotely on software products for Dutch and International clients. We call this cooperation model 'nearshoring'​.

•University degree in Computer Science/Engineering;
•Professional experience with Java and JavaEE 5+ years;
•Knowledge of object oriented concepts, refactoring and design patterns;
•Knowledge of SQL and databases (PostgresSQL, Oracle or other);
•Knowledge of Web, REST/SOAP, Spring, JSP/JSF/Primefaces, Hibernate is a plus;
•Knowledge of CI/CD, AWS, GIT/SVN, Apache Tomcat and Maven is a plus;
•Knowledge of Linux is a plus;
•Ability to work in an international team with international customers;
•Excellent verbal and communication skills in English;
•Open-minded and loyal; Team-player; Positive attitude.

•In accordance with company coding conventions, best practices, approved designs and project standards, performing appropriate coding, debugging, bug fixing, code testing and unit-testing, and other supplementary related activities;
•Analyzing and translating requirements into tasks; providing feedback to the client and the team; providing efforts estimations;
•Participating in creating/updating technical documentation;
•Help building and maintaining the team spirit;
•Being willing to travel abroad occasionally;
•Communicating a in clear and structured way with clients, colleagues and managers;
