    Contract Specialist / Analyst (Russian Speaker)

    Ideal Candidate

    The Contract Management Analyst’s/(Specialist’s) main role is to offer contracting services in order to assist the Contract Managers in managing agreements more efficiently.

    Also, as part of the back to back analysis of Ericsson contracts, analyzing supplier contracts that are reflected in the customer terms and conditions would add value to our business.
    The Contract Management Analyst/(Specialist) will offer support in pre and post sales activities within Ericsson on commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson.

    Main interface will be the Contract and Commercial Managers, but also the Strategic Sourcing Managers.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
    •At least 2 or 3 years with Commercial, Sales, Legal, and/or project delivery background

    Education:
    Degree within Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Computer Science or alternate.

    Responsibilities & Tasks

    •Interface with Contract Managers and with internal clients to clearly understand the analysis request and define what, how, when should be delivered
    •Act as a Single Point of Contact for specific regions and / or customers
    •Analyze contractual aspects of the sales opportunities for inclusion in the tender submissions and the subsequent customer negotiation through the sales process, with the objective of winning profitable business under appropriate contract terms.
    •Provide guidance and assistance on interpretation of contractual clauses and obligations as required by the business
    •Analyze the sales contracts, identify gaps and provide solution for renegotiating better terms and conditions
    •Back to back analysis of supplier contracts mirroring the terms and conditions in the customer contracts.​
    •Identify gaps and provide solution to improve the contracting terms and make sure that all the risks are covered. In general, this professional will manage the opportunity from proposal until closing of the contract in terms of risks, terms & conditions and contractual performance.
    •Understand the sales & sourcing process
    •Identify the deviations and risks in RFx stages and recommend improvements for defining the contract strategy with regards to T&Cs
    •Contact debriefing
    •Contract summarizing scope
    •Understanding T&Cs and risk areas and consequences from failure to comply with commitments
    •Ensure performance criteria are clearly understood, monitored and reported
    •Prepare contract evaluation report and document lessons learned
    •Point of contact for creation, interpretation and escalation management of contractual T&Cs
    •Advice, provide guidance and support to related units in reaching a complete understanding of what is included in the contract scope, the contract terms & conditions, and specific risk areas and consequences from failure to comply with commitments
    •Perform contract drafting based on customer/ supplier template with input from contract manager or designated team in charge of negotiation.
    •Prepare summary of deviation, contract mark up, statement of compliance
