    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Internal Communication Lead.

    The Internal Communication/MoC Lead will be working within the Sales Operations Global Business Intelligence organization.This organization is responsible for delivering a solid platform for WW business to work productively and effectively on by migrating from the current one.

    The team in which the Internal Communication/MoC Lead will be working is a professional and dedicated one, fully focused on migrating from an existing set of tools/ technologies and will focus a lot of effort in migrating or recreating existing solutions in a go fwd. set of technologies. Its purpose is to re-create BI solutions/reports based on this environment, at Global level but also in the countries/sub-regions and alignment with World Wide initiatives under strong IT guidance.

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor degree level and a minimum of 2 years experience in the communication space (e.g. presentations, newsletters, project communications, trainings);
    - Very strong English language skills – both verbal and written;
    - Advanced communication skills (questioning, listening, presentation & negotiation skills);
    - Experience in presentations for executive audiences;
    - Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint) knowledge is mandatory;
    - SharePoint or HTML knowledge is a plus;
    - Basic Marketing knowledge is a plus;
    - Understanding of BI platforms (specifically Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus;
    - Ability to work both independently or in a team and to show initiative.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Works in a project team under the guidance of a reporting project/program manager; is expected to work well in this set-up to ensure excellent teamwork is maintained;
    - Responsible for creating a comprehensive communication plan addressing the various stakeholder communities (internal, external, peers or executives) via the different communication channels available;
    - Accountable for the successful implementation of the communication plan; collaborates closely with the program team to define the content of the various communications;
    - Responsible for the creation of a training plan, works together with the Functional Architects to refine the content and ensure successful delivery of the trainings;
    - Responsible for the creation of a MoC plan including a detailed strategy to address the most critical items;
    - Attends meetings which address the enhancements/changes to existing BI platforms;
    - Ensures that customer/ project deadlines are met and if these are not realistic informs the project manager upfront what the realistic deadlines are and agrees these with the project manager & customer;
    - Ensures the quality of the communications is excellent and content is adjusted to the targeted audience;
    - Collaborates with the project manager and project team to ensure the goals agreed are being reached and the appropriate infrastructure is used;
    - Ensure that the solutions migrated/ developed are documented and necessary knowledge is transferred towards the end-users.
