Contract Specialist - FMCG

Requirements:
- SAP experience;
- Strong computer experience MS Office, especially Excel;
- Accounting knowledge - basics;
- Good command of English language;
- Good analytical skills; attention to details.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze Trade terms agreements and assess whether they are compliant or not - specialising on trade terms contracts and promo strategy;
- Ensure all agreements integrity and correctness by regular review of agreement status, including reviews with CD on next year agreements expectation;
- Seek additional information from CD or customer where required;
- Check the integrity and accuracy of customer agreement in the system based on contracts/ template provided by CD/impact in P&l;
- Check & perform settlement ( creation of Credit Note &CSBs);
- Perform creation of Credit Notes & CSB( VF01);
- Review off invoice deal agreements that required payment;
- Review payments and reduction accrulas TTS and perform pro=active payout calculation and request payment approval with CD. Ensure correct settlement ones approved.
