Supply Planner

Mission: Ensure the smooth execution of the planning process in order to guarantee the availability of the product while optimizing the service level and costs and improving the quality of stocks

Job accountabilities:

• Build the Supply plan of the products he manages based on the validated sales forecast, co-packing plan and procurement parameters
• Determine the stock and supply parameters according to the objectives of service level, cost and global targeted stock
• Evaluate the short term out of stock risks and communicate replenishment priorities to international logistics;
• Analyze the out of stock reasons and define the action plan in order to reduce shortages
• Manage the stock level in accordance with division objectives; analyze the obsoletes and slow movers and define actions to reduce it
• Insure a correct master data management in cooperation with central master data team
• Follow the Key Performance Indicators ( out of stock, service rate, stock) and communicate them internally and to international logistic (MSL); Define and implement action plans.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and planning skills required
• Very good verbal and written communications skills
• Previous supply planning and supply chain experience is a plus
• Knowledge of multiple aspects of Operations Planning and Supply Chain including, but not limited to, financial analysis, master data, quality requirements, manufacturing
• Good Excel skills and a passion to work with figures
• Previous experience in working with SAP is a plus
• Ability to simplify complex supply challenges into clear and concise updates for business partners 
• Ability to work on multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and set priorities while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment
