Service Desk Support – IT - Part-time

· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal in English and Romanian;
· 1-3 years experience in service desk activity or IT;
· PC skills (basic knowledge of hardware handling and maintaining MS Office, Windows -Operating System including a network system);
· Presents a professional appearance and positive attitude ;
· Self-motivated, proactive, able to use initiative and take responsibility;
· Be diplomatic and discreet in representing the office;
· Internal customer orientation;
· Ability to organize and prioritize tasks;
· Technical University Degree is a plus;

· To provide primary help desk support;
· To execute technical daily procedures as per business requirements;
· To regularly check the information system functionality;
· To assist users who perform daily, weekly and monthly procedures that requires IT support;
· To support user's requests regarding PC's matter;
· To solve the problems or to redirect them to the relevant IT specialist;
· To answer rapidly to internal customer requests regarding systems and programs used within the company;
· To provide first line IT technical support (windows, office) with accurate and creative solutions to customer problems;
· To research, resolve, and respond to general issues (office, windows, outlook, internet) received via telephone calls and e-mails from internal customers;
· To assist in the resolution of customer and support issues to ensure a positive impact on customer satisfaction;
· To respect company`s policies and procedures;
· To ensure confidentiality (users, passwords etc), security and availability of IT information;
· To offer support to HR Team regarding induction of new employees (installing new working stations, programs, creating new users etc);
· To have the ability to explain IT processes to people who don`t have IT background;
· To cooperate on a daily basis with teams from other departments;
· To report to managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business;
· To manage the stock and the purchase of new IT equipment according to Admin Team.
