Our pre-employment program aims at addressing specific learning needs and aspirations, while enabling participants to connect with professional engineers and the working environment from Fortech.

Required Background

• Best match: students in their final year of bachelor’s studies; master students or young professionals with IT technical background
• Good English skills
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn, proactive and team player

• Participants will be selected based on a preliminary CV screening, online test and a HR interview
